TEN-8 TECHNICIAN DASHBOARD

Dashboard Privacy Policy

How Ten-8 Dryer Vent Cleaning handles information in the Ten-8 Technician Dashboard.

Effective November 2, 2026

This policy applies to the Ten-8 Technician Dashboard and its Google Calendar connection. It describes that business tool’s practices, rather than every service or feature of the company’s marketing website. Ten-8 Dryer Vent Cleaning operates the dashboard. Questions and requests can be sent to david@ten8dryerventcleaning.com.

Information We Access

  • Google account and authorization information: the connected owner account’s identity and email address, calendar access permissions, and access and refresh tokens needed to maintain the authorized connection.
  • Google Calendar information: the connected account’s calendar list and company appointment event identifiers, titles, dates, times, locations, descriptions, and update versions. Event descriptions may contain customer names, service addresses, phone numbers, emails, neighborhoods, frequencies, amounts, and service notes.
  • Staff access information: an approved staff member’s email address, sign-in/session information, and assigned calendar, used to enforce access permissions.
  • Service and invoice information: selected services, prices, additional services, quantities, discounts, totals, customer contact details, and Square invoice identifiers and status.
  • Completed-service history: records read from Airtable for the selected service address, including prior appointment dates, frequency, amount, notes, and technician.
  • Technical information: hosting and authentication providers may process IP addresses, request metadata, session cookies, and security or error logs to operate and protect the service.

How We Use Google And Customer Data

We use this information to display assigned appointments, contact customers, open directions, look up past service, save authorized appointment updates, calculate service totals, create and manage requested invoices, and support the business’s service records. Staff access is limited by assigned calendar; the owner has broader access to the company calendars. History for a selected address may include work performed by other technicians.

The dashboard updates Frequency, Amount, Email, and Notes in Google Calendar when an authorized user saves changes or uses an action that saves first. It keeps service and discount selections separately. Calendar permissions may technically permit other event operations, but the dashboard uses them for the functions described here.

The dashboard does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising or marketing profiling, or use it to train generalized artificial-intelligence models. Google API data is used and transferred only as permitted by Google’s API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

When Information Is Shared

  • Authorized Ten-8 staff: access relevant information to perform and support scheduled services.
  • Google: provides authorization and stores calendar events and the updates saved to them.
  • Cloudflare: hosts the dashboard, provides email-code access controls, and stores dashboard records and connection information.
  • Airtable: stores completed-service records supplied through Ten-8’s existing business workflow; the dashboard reads matching history.
  • Square: receives customer contact and service/payment details when an authorized user creates an invoice. Private appointment Notes are not included in the invoice payload. Square handles invoice hosting, email delivery when selected, and payment processing.
  • Device services: tapping directions or contact actions may pass the selected address or phone number to the user’s maps, calling, messaging, or sharing app. Sharing an invoice passes its payment link and message to the app chosen by the user.

Recipients receive invoice information through the delivery method selected by staff. We may also disclose information when required by law or as necessary to address fraud, security incidents, or protection of rights, subject to applicable restrictions on Google data. Provider services operate under their own privacy policies. The dashboard does not store customers’ full payment card numbers.

Storage And Security

Calendar events remain in Google Calendar and completed-service records remain in Airtable. The dashboard stores its connection credentials, appointment service and discount settings, and invoice workflow records in its Cloudflare database. Stored Google authorization credentials, Square connection credentials, and saved invoice customer payloads are encrypted by the application. Other operational fields, such as event identifiers, prices, and invoice status, are used to manage records and retries.

Connections use HTTPS. Sign-in controls and server-side calendar checks limit access. These safeguards reduce risk but cannot guarantee absolute security. Authorized business personnel may access information for service delivery and support; third-party provider access is governed by their services and agreements.

Retention And Deletion

We retain service, billing, and invoice records as needed to operate the business, resolve issues, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. There is no automatic seven-day deletion of customer or invoice records when a Google connection expires. Retention of original records and backups in Google Calendar, Airtable, Square, and infrastructure providers is also subject to those providers’ settings and requirements.

To request access, correction, or deletion of dashboard-stored personal information, contact david@ten8dryerventcleaning.com. We will verify the request and address it subject to authorization, technical availability, and applicable retention obligations. Removing a dashboard record does not automatically remove a separately held Calendar, Airtable, or Square record; those records must be addressed in the corresponding system.

Disconnecting Google And Managing Staff Access

The owner can disconnect Google in the dashboard’s Google Calendar settings or revoke access through Google Account connections. Revocation stops future access using that authorization but does not erase previously stored business or invoice records. Contact Ten-8 to remove staff access or to request deletion of retained dashboard records.

Changes And Contact

We will update this page when the dashboard’s practices change. Material changes to the use of Google data will be disclosed and additional consent requested where required. Contact Ten-8 Dryer Vent Cleaning at david@ten8dryerventcleaning.com or (941) 417-0805.
